BEER FLOOTING

A looter floating a garbage can filled with beer down a New Orleans street in a dash. In some cases, looting on Tuesday took place in full view of police and National Guard troops.

Floating IS easier than carrying it, I suppose.

I wonder if he had a choice or is it just another example of the doctrine of total depravity?
